Qualifications

• 1 year restaurant/retail experience.
• 3 months shift lead experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Strong organizational skills and reliability.
• Cash handling and basic math skills.
• Ability to lift up to 45 lbs.
• Attendance and punctuality are essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts with energy to meet Taco Bell standards.
• Oversee Team Members and ensure Shift Excellence tasks are completed.
• Maintain food safety, quality, and accurate orders.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly and maintain positive relations.
• Provide regular feedback to the GM on performance.
• Train Team Members and screen candidates with the GM.
• Assist with P&L management by following cash control and inventory procedures.
• Manage labor and inventory; assist with facility upkeep and health standards.
