Taco Bell is seeking a Shift Lead in Draper, UT to drive shifts with energy, lead Team Members, and uphold the brand’s high standards. You will coach staff, handle customer concerns, and partner with the GM on initiatives to improve operations.

The role focuses on ensuring food safety, quality, and timely service in a fast-paced environment, with opportunities to contribute to business initiatives and team development.

Qualifications

• 1 year restaurant/retail experience, with 3 months shift lead experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Excellent communication, leadership and organizational skills.
• Physical dexterity to lift up to 45 lbs.
• Punctuality and dependable attendance.
• Promotes Taco Bell culture and values.
• Handles cash and inventory following policies.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts with energy to meet Taco Bell's standards.
• Coach and guide Team Members; oversee Shift Excellence tasks.
• Ensure food safety, quality, and accurate orders.
• Resolve customer concerns and maintain positive relations.
• Provide feedback to GM on performance and training needs.
• Assist GM in screening candidates and managing labor.
• Support Profit & Loss by following cash controls and inventory.
• Oversee product preparation, rotation, and holding times.
