Job summary

Taco Bell is seeking a Shift Lead to energize and guide our team, drive guest satisfaction, and uphold Taco Bell standards. You will coach teammates, resolve guest concerns, and partner with management on business initiatives, thriving in a fast-paced environment where ownership and results matter.

You will oversee daily tasks, ensure food safety and order accuracy, and provide feedback to leadership while promoting Taco Bell's culture and values.

Qualifications

• 1 year of restaurant/retail experience; 3 months shift lead preferred.
• Adheres to cash, security, inventory, and labor policies.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Excellent communication skills and leadership abilities.
• Physical dexterity to move up to 45 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Execute the MIC Success Routine to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Oversee Team Members and maintain clean appearances.
• Ensure food safety, quality, and accuracy of orders.
• Resolve customer complaints quickly and maintain positive relations.
• Provide regular feedback to the GM on performance.
• Train Team Members and participate in shifts.
• Screen Team Member candidates with the GM.
• Assist with labor, inventory, and cash control procedures.
• Oversee product preparation, rotation, and holding times.
• Support facility maintenance and health & safety standards.
