Qualifications

• 1 year of restaurant/retail experience, with 3 months shift lead experience preferred.
• Adheres to cash, security, inventory, and labor policies.
• Excellent communication skills, management/leadership and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift operations and supervise team members.
• Ensure food safety, quality, and order accuracy.
• Resolve customer issues quickly and professionally.
• Provide regular feedback to the GM on team performance.
• Assist with recruitment and screening of team members.
• Manage cash, security, inventory, and labor per policies.
