Qualifications

• 1 year of restaurant/retail experience.
• 3 months shift lead experience preferred.
• Adheres to cash, security, inventory, and labor policies.
• Excellent communication skills and leadership ability.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to move up to 45 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts and execute MIC routines with energy.
• Oversee Team Members and ensure Shift Excellence tasks.
• Ensure food safety, quality, and accurate orders.
• Resolve customer concerns and maintain positive relations.
• Provide feedback to GM on team performance.
• Assist with hiring and training of Team Members.
• Manage cash control and labor per policies.
