Job summary

Dunkin' is seeking a Shift Leader to coach Crew Members during shifts, ensuring operational brand standards and a friendly guest experience. You will assign tasks, set goals, and motivate the team while providing timely feedback.

Responsibilities include creating a guest-first environment, training crew, resolving issues, and upholding safety, sanitation, and brand standards to drive sales and sustain operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Fluent English required for guest and team communication.
• Restaurant, retail or supervisory experience preferred.
• Basic math and writing skills used for orders and reports.
• Basic computer skills for POS and scheduling.
• Minimum age 18 years; high school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Foster a team environment and support a respectful workplace.
• Communicate shift priorities, goals and results to team members.
• Assist in crew training and provide coaching and feedback.
• Maintain guest-first culture and resolve guest issues.
• Ensure brand standards, recipes and systems are followed.
• Maintain safety, sanitation and proper food handling at all times.
• Drive sales goals and execute restaurant initiatives.
• Manage cash handling and shift accountability.
