Job summary

Dunkin' is seeking Shift Leaders to coach Crew Members, uphold operational Brand standards, and deliver a friendly guest experience. You will set goals, assign tasks, and motivate others while celebrating successes and giving timely feedback.

Responsibilities include communicating priorities, training crews, coaching, maintaining guest focus, and ensuring safety, quality, and profitability during shifts. Franchisees set wage and benefits locally.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English as a requirement for guest interaction.
• Experience in restaurant, retail, or supervisory roles is preferred.
• Strong math and writing skills for notes, schedules, and cash handling.
• Basic computer skills for POS and scheduling systems.

Responsibilities

• Team Environment: support a respectful team environment.
• Communicate shift priorities, goals and results with team members.
• Support the training of crew members as requested.
• Provide coaching and feedback to crew members.
• Operational Excellence: create and maintain a guest first culture in the restaurant.
• Resolve guest issues.
• Ensure Brand standards, recipes, and systems are executed.
• Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following and enforcing safety, food safety and sanitation guidelines; comply with local and state laws.
• Profitability: drive sales goals and results; execute restaurant standards and marketing initiatives.
• Manage cash over/short during shift.
• Ensure all products are prepared according to Brand standards.
