Qualifications

• Fluent in English.
• Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience.

• At least 18 years of age (where applicable).

Responsibilities

• Coach Crew Members to execute Brand standards and guest experience.
• Set shift goals, assign tasks, and provide feedback.
• Coach and develop team members during shifts.
• Create and maintain a guest-first culture in the restaurant.
• Resolve guest issues and ensure brand standards, recipes, and systems are followed.
• Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy work environment per safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Drive sales goals and results; execute restaurant standards and marketing initiatives.
• Manage cash over/short during shift.
