Job summary

Taco Bell is seeking a Shift Lead to drive the team with energy and passion, meeting brand standards and resolving guest concerns. You will coach, guide, and partner with the management team to contribute to restaurant initiatives and live a fast-paced, ownership-driven role.

You will oversee mic routines, ensure food safety and order accuracy, and provide ongoing feedback to the GM while participating in team training.

Qualifications

• 1 year of restaurant/retail experience, with 3 months shift lead experience preferred.
• Adheres to cash, security, inventory, and labor policies
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Excellent communication skills, management/leadership and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute the MIC (Manager in Charge) Success Routine and prioritize customer needs.
• Oversee Team Members' Shift Excellence tasks and maintain clean appearances.
• Ensure food safety, quality, and accuracy of orders.
• Resolve customer complaints quickly and maintain positive relations.
• Provide regular feedback to the GM on Team Member performance.
• Actively participate in training Team Members.
• Handle conflicts with GM to reach resolution.
• Assist the GM in screening Team Member candidates and managing labor and inventory.
