Job summary

Taco Bell is seeking a Shift Lead to drive a fast-paced restaurant team, lead shifts with energy, coach Team Members, and partner with the GM on business initiatives.

You will oversee adherence to cash handling, inventory, and labor policies while ensuring food safety and quality. The role emphasizes leadership, accountability, and delivering a positive guest experience in a busy environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year of restaurant/retail experience; 3 months shift lead experience preferred.
• Adheres to cash, security, inventory, and labor policies.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Physical dexterity to move up to 45 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts with energy and passion to meet high Taco Bell standards.
• Oversee Team Members' Shift Excellence tasks and ensure cleanliness.
• Ensure food safety, quality, and accuracy of orders.
• Resolve customer concerns quickly and maintain positive relations.
• Provide regular feedback to the GM on performance.
• Assist with Profit & Loss management and labor control.
• Assist with screening Team Member candidates.
