Taco Bell is seeking a Shift Lead to drive daily operations, coach Team Members, and uphold Taco Bell’s high standards for service and food quality.

You will lead shifts, address customer concerns, and partner with management on staffing, training, and safety initiatives. The role emphasizes fast-paced teamwork, accountability, and positive guest experiences with competitive pay and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1 year of restaurant/retail experience, with 3 months shift lead experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills; able to coach and guide teammates.
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to move up to 45 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts with energy and passion to meet Taco Bell standards.
• Coach and guide Team Members to ensure Shift Excellence tasks are completed.
• Oversee food safety, quality, and order accuracy.
• Resolve customer concerns quickly and maintain positive relations.
• Assist GM with recruitment, training, and performance feedback.
• Assist with cash handling, inventory, and labor management.
• Ensure health and safety standards and store cleanliness.
