Responsibilities include executing the MIC Success Routine, supervising Shift Excellence, ensuring food safety and inventory control, and participating in training and hiring processes.

• Oversee Shift Excellence tasks and ensure neat appearance of team.

• Provide feedback to GM on team performance and training needs.
• Assist GM in screening candidates and managing labor, inventory, and cash controls.
• Oversee product preparation, rotation, and holding times; maintain health and safety standards.
