Job summary

Taco Bell is seeking a Shift Lead to drive team performance and guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment. You will coach Team Members, execute the MIC routines, and partner with the GM on business initiatives to deliver consistent service and quality.

You will oversee safety, food quality, and timely order fulfillment while promoting Taco Bell's culture and values. This role emphasizes leadership, reliability, and proactive staff development.

Qualifications

• 1 year of restaurant/retail experience, with 3 months shift lead experience preferred.
• Adheres to cash, security, inventory, and labor policies.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Excellent communication and management/leadership skills.
• Willingness to train and develop Team Members.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts with energy and passion, ensuring Taco Bell's high standards.
• Oversee Team Members' Shift Excellence tasks and maintain clean appearances.
• Ensure food safety, quality, and accuracy of orders.
• Resolve customer complaints quickly and maintain positive relations.
• Provide regular feedback to the GM on team performance.
• Assist with Profit & Loss through cash control, inventory, and labor management.
• Oversee proper product preparation, rotation, and holding times.
• Support GM in screening candidates and health & safety compliance.
