Job summary

Taco Bell is seeking a Shift Lead to drive shifts with energy and passion, coaching the team to meet high standards. You will partner with management to execute business initiatives and help shape the restaurant’s future.

Responsibilities include leading MIC routines, ensuring food safety and quality, managing cash control and labor, and providing feedback to the GM. This role offers growth opportunities and a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year of restaurant/retail experience with 3 months shift lead preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, management/leadership and organizational abilities.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have reliable transportation.
• Basic math skills and cash handling familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts with energy to meet Taco Bell standards and resolve customer concerns.
• Coach and guide team members to ensure Shift Excellence and MIC routines.
• Provide regular feedback to the GM on team performance and conduct training.
• Assist with screening candidates and with cash control, inventory, and labor management.
• Ensure food safety, quality, and timely order preparation; maintain health standards.
