Job summary

DoorDash DashMart is seeking a motivated Shift Lead to manage local fulfillment center operations, including warehousing and light kitchen prep. You will own shifts, maintain inventory, ensure safe and efficient processes, and guide a team to deliver high-quality customer experiences.

The role requires physical stamina, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and flexibility to work multiple shifts. Training for food handling will be provided by DoorDash.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand and move heavy products.
• Willingness to obtain and maintain a food handling certificate (DoorDash provides training).
• Organized and proficient in Google Docs and Sheets is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned shifts, overseeing warehouse and kitchen processes, safety, quality, and training.
• Ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and communicate with customers as needed.
• Lead Operations Associates and escalate daily operational issues.
• Support both warehouse and kitchen tasks and model professional, respectful behavior.
• Contribute ideas to improve quality and customer experience.
