Job summary

DoorDash DashMart is seeking a motivated Shift Lead to oversee day-to-day operations in a fast-paced local fulfillment center. You will own shifts, supervise Operations Associates, manage inventory, and ensure safe, efficient order fulfillment in a warehouse environment, with light prep in some locations.

Ideal candidates are self-motivated, reliable team players with experience in food, warehouse, or retail settings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Willingness to obtain/maintain a food handling certificate; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned shifts and manage warehouse and kitchen tasks.
• Lead and supervise Operations Associates for safe, productive performance.
• Maintain inventory, equipment, and site cleanliness; protect assets.
• Collaborate with team to ensure accurate orders and smooth handoffs.
• Support day-to-day tasks across warehouse and kitchen as needed.
