Job summary

DoorDash DashMart is hiring a Shift Lead to support local fulfillment center operations, running shifts, delegating tasks, and maintaining inventory in a fast-paced environment. You may also assist in light-prep kitchen tasks where needed.

You will own your shift, ensure safety and quality, coach associates, and coordinate with teams to deliver high-quality orders to Dashers and customers. Flexibility and physical stamina are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree optional.
• Proven track record in food/beverage, warehouse, or retail settings.
• Ability to lead a team and train colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned shifts, including warehouse and kitchen processes, safety, quality and training.
• Maintain inventory and protect company assets; manage equipment and prevent loss.
• Ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and communicate issues to customers.
• Lead Operations Associates, ensuring safe, productive teamwork and escalation when needed.
