Job summary

DoorDash DashMart is seeking a motivated Shift Lead to manage local fulfillment center operations, ensuring accurate order fulfillment and inventory control. You will guide a team, maintain safety and quality, and support both warehouse and light kitchen tasks where applicable.

The role requires flexibility in shifts, a proven track record in food or retail environments, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Training for food handling is provided.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated, positive and a team player in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in food/beverage, warehouse or retail settings.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and operate basic handling equipment.
• Food handling certificate required or obtainable via company training.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned shifts including warehouse and kitchen processes, safety, quality and training.
• Fulfill orders accurately and maintain inventory and assets.
• Lead Operations Associates and ensure safe, productive work.
• Support both warehouse and kitchen tasks and model professional interactions.
