Job summary

DoorDash DashMart is seeking a motivated Shift Lead to manage day-to-day operations in a fast-paced, physical setting. You will ensure accurate order fulfillment, maintain inventory, and guide a team while upholding safety and quality. Some sites may include light food prep.

You should be self-motivated, reliable, and capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. Training for a food handling certificate will be provided where needed, with opportunities for growth across shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree not required.
• Food handling certificate desirable; training provided if needed.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and move heavy products.
• Able to stand for extended periods and operate pallet jack/hand truck.
• Flexible schedule and availability across multiple shifts.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of shifts, maintain warehouse and kitchen processes, safety, quality and training.
• Ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and communicated with customers when issues arise.
• Guide Operations Associates and escalate daily operational issues.
• Support warehouse and kitchen tasks and lead by example to ensure a safe, productive environment.
• Contribute ideas to improve quality and customer experience.
