Job summary

DoorDash DashMart is hiring a Shift Lead to oversee daily operations in our local fulfillment center, including warehouse and light kitchen duties. You will own shifts, supervise Operations Associates, and ensure safe, efficient performance and accurate order fulfillment.

You’ll be on your feet, lift up to 50 lbs, and help maintain inventory while delivering a high-quality experience for Dashers and customers.

Qualifications

• Must be on your feet and able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Able to obtain and maintain a food handling certificate.
• At least 18 years old and willing to work various shifts.
• Experience in food/beverage, warehouse, or retail.
• Proficient in Google Docs and Google Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned shifts and manage warehouse and kitchen processes.
• Lead Operations Associates to work safely and efficiently.
• Ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and customer pickups run smoothly.
• Maintain inventory and protect company assets.
• Contribute ideas to improve quality and customer experience.
