Job summary

DoorDash DashMart is seeking a Shift Lead to manage daily shift operations in a fast-paced local fulfillment center. You will oversee warehouse and light kitchen tasks, maintain inventory, and lead a team of Operations Associates to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.

You will be responsible for safety, quality, and training, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet performance goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate a pallet jack.
• Food handling certificate (training provided) offered by DoorDash.
• Flexible scheduling across shifts.
• Proficient with Google Docs and Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned shifts, oversee warehouse and kitchen processes, safety, quality and training.
• Lead Operations Associates to work safely and productively.
• Ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and customer pickups run smoothly.
• Contribute to daily tasks and model professional, respectful behavior.
• Support both warehouse and kitchen operations and drive continuous improvement.
