Job summary

Responsibilities

• Own assigned shifts including warehouse and kitchen processes, safety, quality and training.
• Ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and communicate with customers on issues.
• Lead operations associates and guide the shift to be safe, productive and professional.
• Support both warehouse and kitchen tasks and maintain a safe, high-quality environment.
• Suggest ideas to improve operations and customer experience.
