Job summary

DoorDash DashMart is hiring a Shift Lead to manage day-to-day operations in a fast-paced warehouse/kitchen setting. You will lead a team, oversee shift execution, monitor inventory, and ensure safe, efficient order fulfillment for customers.

You will coordinate with associates, support training, and help maintain quality standards while adapting to changing workloads across the warehouse and light-prep kitchen as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and operate warehouse equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead Operations Associates through shifts and ensure safety and productivity.
• Oversee warehouse and light-prep kitchen tasks and inventory control.
• Ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and communicate issues to customers.
