Job summary

DoorDash DashMart is seeking a Shift Lead to manage daily operations in a fast-paced local fulfillment center. You will oversee warehouse and light kitchen tasks, ensure accurate orders, and guide team members to maintain safety and quality. The role requires physical stamina, flexibility, and a proactive approach to improving operations.

You will work on-site, lifting up to 50 lbs, and coordinating with a team to deliver high-quality experiences for Dashers and customers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• College degree is preferred but not required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and operate pallet jack/hand truck.
• Food handling certificate is desirable (training provided).
• Proficiency with Google Docs and Google Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned shifts, including warehouse and kitchen processes, safety/cleanliness, quality, and training.
• Ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and communicate with customers when issues arise.
• Lead Operations Associates during shifts and escalate daily operational issues.
• Support both warehouse and kitchen tasks and maintain a safe, productive environment.
• Provide ideas to improve quality and customer experience.
