Job summary

DoorDash is seeking a Shift Lead for its DashMart local fulfillment centers in the United States. You will oversee shift operations in a fast-paced warehouse and light kitchen environment, lead a team, manage inventory, and ensure orders are fulfilled with high quality.

This role requires physical capability, reliability, and strong teamwork. You’ll support both warehouse and kitchen tasks, maintain safety, and contribute ideas to improve efficiency and the customer experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college diploma optional.
• Able to stand and move heavy products; lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be 18+ years old; able to operate a pallet jack/hand truck.
• Proficient with Google Docs and Google Sheets; flexible scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned shifts, manage warehouse and kitchen processes, and ensure safety and quality.
• Lead Operations Associates, delegate tasks, and maintain inventory control.
• Ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and customer pickups run smoothly; resolve issues as they arise.
• Promote a positive, safe work environment and support cross-functional teamwork.
