Job summary

DoorDash is seeking a motivated Shift Lead for its DashMart local fulfillment center. You will oversee shifts, manage inventory, and support both warehouse and light kitchen tasks. A strong emphasis on safety, accuracy, and customer satisfaction is required.

You will guide Operations Associates, ensure efficient daily operations, and help implement improvements. Flexibility to work various shifts and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred but not required.
• Ability to stand, move heavy products, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to operate pallet jack/hand truck.
• A food handling certificate or ability to obtain one (training provided).
• 18 years of age or older and flexible schedule for shifts.

Responsibilities

• Own shifts in warehouse and kitchen processes, with safety and quality focus.
• Lead Operations Associates and ensure productive, safe work.
• Ensure orders are prepared accurately and communicated with customers.
• Support daily tasks, inventory, and company assets management.
• Contribute to process improvements and customer experience.
