Job summary

DoorDash’s DashMart is seeking a motivated Shift Lead to support local fulfillment in a fast-paced warehouse environment. You will manage shifts, delegate tasks, and ensure orders are fulfilled with high quality while safeguarding inventory and assets.

You’ll lead a team, maintain safety and cleanliness, and collaborate with team members to deliver a top-notch customer experience. A food handling certificate may be required, training provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in food, warehouse, or retail environments.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• Organized and proficient in Google Docs and Google Sheets.
• Willing to obtain a food handling certificate (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Own assigned shifts, including warehouse and kitchen processes, safety and cleanliness.
• Lead Operations Associates and delegate tasks to ensure safe, productive performance.
• Fulfill orders accurately and ensure smooth Dasher pickups.
• Maintain inventory and equipment, protect assets from loss or theft.
• Contribute to improvements in quality and customer experience.
