Job summary

DoorDash's DashMart is hiring a Shift Lead to manage local fulfillment shifts in a fast-paced, physical environment. You will oversee order fulfillment, inventory, and team tasks, with duties that may include light food prep in some sites.

Responsibilities include owning shifts, maintaining equipment and safety standards, guiding the team, and ensuring a high-quality customer experience. Benefits are provided and growth opportunities exist.

Qualifications

• Bachelor requirements include high school diploma or GED.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and operate pallet jack.
• 18 years of age or older and physically able.
• Organized and proficient in Google Docs and Google Sheets.
• Willing to obtain and maintain a food handling certificate (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Own assigned shifts, ensure warehouse and kitchen processes, safety, cleanliness, quality, and training.
• Maintain accountability for inventory, equipment, and assets.
• Execute orders accurately and communicate with customers to resolve issues.
• Lead Operations Associates to work safely and productively.
• Support warehouse and kitchen tasks; engage with teammates in a positive, safe environment.
