Responsibilities

• Execute the Manager in Charge routines and prioritize customer needs.
• Oversee Team Members' Shift Excellence tasks and maintain appearance.
• Ensure food safety, quality, and order accuracy.
• Resolve customer concerns quickly and maintain positive relations.
• Provide regular feedback to the GM on performance.
• Assist with training Team Members and with hiring as needed.
• Support Profit & Loss management through cash controls and labor.
