Job summary

Taco Bell Corp. is seeking a Shift Lead to drive team performance and uphold Taco Bell's high standards. You will coach Team Members, manage shifts, and partner with the GM on business initiatives in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Ideal candidates have 1 year of restaurant/retail experience (3 months lead experience preferred), strong communication, and a commitment to food quality and safety. Competitive pay, benefits, and flexible scheduling are offered.

Qualifications

• 1 year of restaurant/retail experience with 3 months shift lead preferred.
• Ability to adhere to cash, security, inventory and labor policies.
• Must be at least 18 years old; reliable transportation.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills; strong organizational ability.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts with energy and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Oversee Team Members and ensure Shift Excellence and proper dress.
• Ensure food safety, quality and order accuracy.
• Provide regular feedback to GM and train Team Members.
• Assist GM with candidate screening and labor management.
