Job summary

Taco Bell Corp. is seeking a Shift Lead to drive energy and excellence across shifts. You will coach Team Members, ensure food safety and order accuracy, and resolve customer concerns to keep guests satisfied. You’ll partner with the GM on labor, inventory, and supervising daily operations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year of restaurant/retail experience with 3 months shift lead experience preferred.
• Adheres to cash, security, inventory, and labor policies.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Accessibility to dependable transportation.
• Excellent communication, leadership and organizational skills.
• Physical dexterity to move up to 45 lbs.
• Attendance and punctuality are essential.
• Operates cash register and makes change when needed.
• Basic math skills and accuracy.
• Promotes Taco Bell culture and values.
• Executes shift duties accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts with energy to meet Taco Bell's standards.
• Resolve customer concerns and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Coach and guide Team Members on shift tasks.
• Oversee completion of Shift Excellence tasks and maintain appearances.
• Ensure food safety, quality, and order accuracy.
• Provide feedback to GM on performance.
• Participate in training Team Members.
• Assist with selecting and screening candidates.
• Support profit and loss through cash control and labor management.
• Oversee product preparation, rotation and holding times.
• Assist with facility maintenance and health standards.
