Job summary

Taco Bell is seeking a Shift Lead to drive team performance, coach staff, and deliver outstanding guest experiences. You will partner with management to execute daily routines, ensure safety and quality, and support labor and inventory controls.

Candidates should have 1 year in restaurant/retail, strong communication, and leadership skills. The role offers a fast-paced environment with opportunities for growth in a growing brand.

Qualifications

• 1 year of restaurant/retail experience; shift lead experience preferred.
• Adheres to cash, security, inventory, and labor policies.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Access to dependable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Execute MIC (Manager in Charge) routine and prioritize customer needs.
• Oversee Shift Excellence tasks and maintain clean appearances.
• Ensure food safety, quality, and order accuracy.
• Resolve customer complaints quickly and maintain positive relations.
• Provide regular feedback to the GM on team performance.
• Assist GM with screening Team Member candidates and labor management.
• Oversee cash handling and security procedures; manage labor.
