Taco Bell Corp. is seeking a Shift Lead to guide a fast-paced team, uphold restaurant standards, resolve guest concerns, and drive smooth shift operations. You will coach Team Members, partner with the management team, and help manage cash control, labor, and food safety while delivering a consistently great guest experience.

Aufgaben

• Execute MIC (Manager in Charge) Success Routine to ensure customer satisfaction
• Oversee Team Members' completion of Shift Excellence tasks and maintain appearance
• Ensure food safety, quality and accuracy of orders
• Resolve customer complaints quickly and maintain positive relations
• Provide regular feedback to GM on Team Member performance
• Actively participate in training Team Members
• Assist GM with screening Team Member candidates
• Assist with Profit & Loss management by cash control, inventory and labor
• Oversee proper product preparation, rotation, portioning, cooking, and holding times
• Assist GM with facility maintenance and health and safety standards
