Job summary

Taco Bell Corp. is seeking a Shift Lead to energize and guide the restaurant team, ensuring high standards of service and food quality. You will coach Team Members, resolve customer concerns, and partner with the GM on daily operations, inventory, and labor management.

This role suits a proactive leader in a fast-paced setting. You will support training, maintain health and safety compliance, and help drive overall guest experience and restaurant performance.

Qualifications

• 1 year of restaurant/retail experience, with 3 months shift lead experience preferred
• Adheres to cash, security, inventory, and labor policies
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Accessibility to dependable and reliable transportation
• Excellent communication skills, management/leadership and organizational skills
• Physical dexterity required (able to move up to 45 lbs)
• Attendance and punctuality a must
• Operating of cash register as needed and making change for other cashiers
• Basic Math skills
• Maintains customer satisfaction and adheres to health and safety standards
• Promotes and champions Taco Bell's culture and values
• Provides constructive feedback to Team Members
• Executes shift duties accurately and efficiently
