Job summary

Taco Bell in Fairhaven, MA is seeking a Shift Lead to drive daily operations with energy and customer focus. You will lead shifts, coach Team Members, ensure food safety and quality, and partner with the GM on business initiatives to deliver fast, friendly service.

You’ll manage staffing, resolve guest concerns, monitor cash control, and help with inventory and P/L basics while maintaining Taco Bell's culture and values.

Qualifications

• 1 year of restaurant/retail experience, with 3 months shift lead experience preferred
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Accessibility to dependable transportation
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Physical dexterity to move up to 45 lbs
• Attendance and punctuality required
• Basic math skills
• Maintains customer satisfaction and health & safety standards

Responsibilities

• Execute the MIC (Manager in Charge) Success Routine to meet customer needs
• Oversee Team Members' Shift Excellence tasks and maintain neat appearance
• Ensure food safety, quality, and order accuracy
• Resolve customer complaints quickly and maintain positive relations
• Provide feedback to GM on team performance
• Participate in training Team Members
• Assist GM in screening candidates
• Assist with cash control, inventory, and labor management
• Oversee product preparation, rotation, and holding times
• Support facility maintenance and health & safety standards
