Qualifications

• 1 year of restaurant/retail experience, with 3 months shift lead experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Excellent communication, management, and organizational skills.
• Accessibility to dependable transportation.
• Ability to operate a cash register and make change.
• Maintains health and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Execute the MIC (Manager in Charge) Success Routine and prioritize customer needs.
• Oversee Shift Excellence tasks and maintain clean appearances.
• Ensure food safety, quality, and order accuracy.
• Resolve customer complaints quickly.
• Provide regular feedback to the GM on Team Member performance.
• Offer ongoing constructive feedback to Team Members.
• Actively participate in training Team Members.
• Assist GM with screening Team Member candidates.
• Assist with labor, inventory, and cash controls.
• Oversee product preparation, rotation, portioning, cooking, and holding times.
• Support facility maintenance and health/safety standards.
