Job summary

Taco Bell in Fall River, MA is seeking a proactive Shift Lead to guide shifts with energy, coach team members, and ensure high standards of service and food safety. You’ll partner with the GM on business initiatives and help drive guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates bring 1 year of restaurant/retail experience with some shift lead exposure, strong communication, and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• 1 year of restaurant/retail experience preferred, including shift lead exposure.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities required.
• Must be able to handle cash, operate a POS, and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts with energy to meet Taco Bell standards.
• Oversee Team Members and ensure Shift Excellence tasks are completed.
• Ensure food safety, quality, and accuracy of orders.
• Resolve customer concerns and maintain positive relations.
• Provide regular feedback to the GM on performance.
• Participate in training Team Members and coaching.
• Assist with screening candidates and labor management.
