Taco Bell in Raynham, MA is seeking a Shift Lead to drive daily operations with energy and accountability. You’ll coach the team, ensure fast, friendly service, and uphold food safety and quality while resolving guest concerns.

You will partner with the management team on business initiatives, manage shifts, monitor inventory and labor, and promote Taco Bell's values while delivering a positive guest experience.

Qualifications

• 1 year of restaurant/retail experience, with 3 months shift lead experience preferred.
• Adheres to cash, security, inventory, and labor policies.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Excellent communication skills, management/leadership and organizational skills.
• Physical dexterity: ability to move up to 45 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent customer satisfaction by executing the MIC Success Routine.
• Oversee team members' completion of Shift Excellence tasks and maintain clean appearances.
• Ensure food safety, quality, and accuracy of orders.
• Resolve customer complaints quickly, maintaining positive relations.
• Provide regular feedback to the GM on team member performance.
• Offer ongoing constructive and positive feedback to team members.
• Participate in training team members.
• Handle conflicts constructively with the GM.
• Assist the GM in screening team member candidates.
• Assist with Profit & Loss management by following cash control and security procedures, maintaining inventory, and managing labor.
• Oversee proper product preparation, rotation, portioning, cooking, and holding times.
• Assist the GM with facility maintenance and health and safety standards.
