Qualifications

• 1 year of restaurant/retail experience; 3 months shift lead experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Cash handling, inventory and labor policy familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts with energy to meet Taco Bell standards.
• Resolve customer concerns and coach team members for success.
• Oversee shift tasks, ensure food safety and order accuracy.
• Provide regular feedback to GM on performance and training.
• Assist GM with hiring, P&L, cash controls and labor management.
• Ensure health, safety, and facility standards are followed.
