Taco Bell in Raynham, MA is seeking a Shift Lead to drive shift success, coach team members, and uphold Taco Bell standards. You will manage customer concerns, lead by example, and partner with the GM on training and store initiatives.

This role offers growth and a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include supervising shift duties, maintaining food safety, and ensuring quality and accuracy of orders while adhering to cash, inventory, and labor policies.

Qualifications

• 1 year of restaurant/retail experience; 3 months shift lead experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Cash handling, inventory and labor policy familiarity.

Responsabilités

• Lead shifts with energy to meet Taco Bell standards.
• Resolve customer concerns and coach team members for success.
• Oversee shift tasks, ensure food safety and order accuracy.
• Provide regular feedback to GM on performance and training.
• Assist GM with hiring, P&L, cash controls and labor management.
• Ensure health, safety, and facility standards are followed.
