Job summary

Taco Bell in Pembroke, MA is seeking a Shift Lead to energize and guide our team during shifts. You will coach Team Members, ensure fast, accurate service, and uphold food safety and customer satisfaction standards.

Qualifications

• 1 year of restaurant/retail experience, with 3 months shift lead experience preferred
• Adheres to cash, security, inventory, and labor policies
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Excellent communication skills, management/leadership and organizational skills.
• Basic Math skills
• Maintains customer satisfaction and adheres to health and safety standards

Responsibilities

• Execute the MIC Success Routine to ensure customer satisfaction
• Oversee Team Members' Shift Excellence tasks and appearances
• Ensure food safety, quality, and order accuracy
• Resolve customer complaints quickly and maintain positive relations
• Provide regular feedback to the GM on Team Member performance
• Train Team Members and participate in ongoing coaching
• Assist the GM with screening candidates and labor management
• Support inventory control and cash procedures
• Oversee product preparation, rotation, cooking, and holding times
• Assist with facility maintenance and health and safety compliance
