Qualifications

• 1 year of restaurant/retail experience; 3 months shift lead preferred.
• Adheres to cash, security, inventory, and labor policies.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Accessibility to dependable and reliable transportation.
• Excellent communication skills, management/leadership and organizational skills.
• Physical dexterity required (ability to move up to 45 lbs).
• Attendance and punctuality a must.
• Cash register operation and making change for other cashiers.
• Basic Math skills.
• Maintains customer satisfaction and adheres to health and safety standards.
• Promotes and champions Taco Bell's culture and values.
• Provides constructive feedback to Team Members.
• Executes shift duties accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Execute MIC routine to boost customer satisfaction.
• Oversee Shift Excellence tasks and maintain neat appearances.
• Ensure food safety, quality, and order accuracy.
• Resolve customer complaints quickly and maintain positive relations.
• Provide regular feedback to the GM on team performance.
• Give constructive feedback to Team Members.
• Train Team Members regularly.
• Handle conflicts with the GM to resolve.
• Assist the GM in screening Team Member candidates.
• Support P&L by cash control, inventory, and labor management.
• Ensure proper food prep, rotation, and holding times.
• Assist with maintenance and health/safety standards.
