Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year restaurant/retail experience, with 3 months shift lead preferred.
• Adheres to cash, security, inventory and labor policies.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have reliable transportation.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities; strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts with energy to meet Taco Bell's high standards.
• Coach and guide Team Members to achieve Shift Excellence tasks.
• Ensure food safety, quality and accuracy of orders.
• Resolve customer concerns and maintain positive relations.
• Assist GM with team member selection and feedback.
• Participate in training and develop team members.
• Oversee labor, inventory, and cash control procedures.
• Ensure health and safety standards are followed; maintain clean, neat appearance.
