Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 year of restaurant/retail experience, with 3 months shift lead experience preferred.
• Adheres to cash, security, inventory, and labor policies.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts with energy and coach Team Members to meet standards.
• Oversee daily tasks, food safety, accuracy of orders, and cleanliness.
• Resolve customer concerns and maintain positive guest relations.
• Assist GM with labor, cash control, and inventory management.
