Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts with energy to meet Taco Bell standards.
• Oversee team tasks, ensure food safety, quality, and accuracy of orders.
• Resolve customer concerns and maintain positive guest relations.
• Provide feedback to GM on team performance and train team members.
• Assist GM in screening candidates and managing labor and inventory.
