Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 year restaurant/retail experience with 3 months shift lead preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Able to lift up to 45 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts and coach Team Members to meet standards.
• Ensure food safety, quality, and accurate orders.
• Resolve customer issues and maintain positive relations.
• Support GM with hiring and training.
• Assist with inventory, labor, and cash controls.
• Uphold Taco Bell culture and drive results.
