Qualifications

• 1 year restaurant/retail experience with 3 months shift lead preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to lift up to 45 lbs and move materials as needed.
• Follows cash, inventory, and labor policies.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts and execute MIC Success routines to satisfy guests.
• Oversee Team Members’ Shift Excellence tasks and maintain neat appearances.
• Resolve customer concerns quickly while maintaining positive relations.
• Provide regular feedback to the GM on performance and coaching.
• Assist with training, screening, and onboarding of Team Members.
• Support Profit & Loss by following cash control, inventory, and labor procedures.
• Ensure food safety, quality, rotation, and proper holding times.
• Support facility maintenance and health/safety standards.
