Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 year of restaurant/retail experience with 3 months shift lead preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership and organizational skills.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have reliable transportation.
• Ability to handle cash, basic math and drive customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts to meet Taco Bell standards and coach team members.
• Resolve customer concerns and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Oversee shift tasks, food safety and order accuracy.
• Provide feedback to GM and assist with training and candidate screening.
• Assist with inventory, cash controls, and labor management.
