Job summary

Taco-Bell in Utah is seeking a Shift Lead to drive daily operations, coach team members, and ensure guest satisfaction. You’ll manage shifts, uphold food safety, and help resolve issues with a focus on quality and efficiency.

Ideal candidates have 1 year in restaurant/retail, 3 months in a lead role, and strong communication with a proactive mindset. Must be 18+, with reliable transportation and a commitment to company values.

Qualifications

• 1 year of restaurant/retail experience, with 3 months shift lead experience preferred.
• Adheres to cash, security, inventory, and labor policies.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Excellent communication, management/leadership and organizational skills.
• Physical dexterity to move up to 45 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Shift Lead duties, ensuring MIC routine execution and guest satisfaction.
• Ensure food safety, quality, accuracy of orders, and timely service.
• Provide feedback to GM on team performance and training needs.
• Assist with screening candidates and labor, cash controls, and inventory.
• Maintain health and safety standards and assist with facility upkeep.
