Job summary

Taco Bell in Saint George, UT is seeking a Shift Lead to drive daily operations with energy and a focus on guest satisfaction. You will coach team members, execute the MIC Success Routine, and collaborate with the GM on training, scheduling, and incentives.

Responsibilities include managing cash, inventory, and labor, ensuring food safety and quality, resolving guest concerns, and promoting Taco Bell's culture.

Qualifications

• 1 year of restaurant/retail experience, with 3 months shift lead experience preferred.
• Adheres to cash, security, inventory, and labor policies.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Basic math and cash handling accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent customer satisfaction by executing the MIC (Manager in Charge) Success Routine and prioritizing customer needs.
• Oversee Team Members' completion of Shift Excellence tasks and maintain clean, neat appearances.
• Ensure food safety, quality, and accuracy of orders.
• Resolve customer complaints quickly, maintaining positive guest relations.
• Provide regular feedback to the GM on Team Member performance.
• Assist the GM in screening Team Member candidates.
• Assist with Profit & Loss management by following cash control procedures, maintaining inventory, and managing labor.
• Oversee proper product preparation, rotation, portioning, cooking, and holding times.
