Qualifications

1 year of restaurant/retail experience, with 3 months shift lead experience preferred.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Excellent communication skills, management/leadership and organizational skills.
Basic Math skills for cash handling and transactions.
Attendance and Punctuality a must.

Responsibilities

Execute the Manager in Charge Success Routine to maintain customer satisfaction.
Oversee Team Members' Shift Excellence tasks and maintain appearance standards.
Ensure food safety, quality, and accuracy of orders.
Resolve customer complaints quickly while preserving positive relations.
Provide regular feedback to the GM on Team Member performance.
Offer constructive feedback to Team Members and support training.
Assist the GM in screening Team Member candidates.
Assist with Profit & Loss management by following cash control and labor policies.
Oversee product preparation, rotation, portioning, cooking, and holding times.
Assist the GM with facility maintenance and health and safety standards.
